Refund Policy for Ejadah CPR Centre:
Ejadah CPR Centre, a training institution registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has established the following refund policy in accordance with the applicable regulations. This policy applies to all training courses and services provided by the Centre:
1) Cancellation by the Trainee:
- If the trainee wishes to cancel their registration at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled course start date and time, they are entitled to a full refund of 100% of the registration fee paid, excluding any non-refundable administrative fees if applicable.
- If the cancellation of the registration is made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled course start date and time, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the course start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- In the event that the Trainee does not attend or withdraws after the course has started, no refund will be issued.
- The payment may be transferred to another course offered by the Centre once only within twelve (12) months from the original course date, provided that the Centre is notified through the official Contact and Support Channels at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled course. The transferred amount will be valid for courses of equal or lesser value; if the new course has a higher fee, the Trainee must pay the difference.
2) Course Cancellation or Postponement by the Center:
- If the course is cancelled or postponed by the Centre for any reason, the Trainee has the right to receive a full refund of 100% of the registration fee or transfer the payment to another course of equal or greater value, as preferred by the Trainee. The Trainee must notify the Centre of their choice within ten (10) days of receiving notification of the cancellation or postponement.
- The Centre will notify Trainees of any cancellation or postponement at least 48 hours in advance (except in cases of force majeure or emergency circumstances beyond the Centre's control) through the Centre’s official communication channels (email to the address provided during registration, SMS to the registered mobile number, or phone call). Notification will be deemed received when sent to the contact information provided by the Trainee during registration.
3) Refund Procedure:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the Centre’s official email (cpr@ejadah-group.com) or via the online refund form available on the Centre’s website. The request must include: (1) the Trainee's full name, (2) course name and date, (3) registration/payment confirmation number, (4) reason for refund request, and (5) preferred refund method and account details if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed and completed within (14) business days from the date of approval of the refund request. The Centre will notify the Trainee via his registered email once the refund has been processed. Business days exclude official public holidays and weekends in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for registration where feasible (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash). If the original payment method is no longer available or cannot be used for the refund, the Centre will work with the Trainee to arrange an alternative refund method. Any bank fees or transfer charges associated with the refund will be borne by the Trainee and may be deducted from the refund amount.
4) General Notes:
- The Centre reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and other relevant authorities, with all updates clearly, the Saudi Consumer Protection Law, and other relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any amendments will be published on the Centre’s official website and communication channels at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Amendments will apply only to courses registered after the effective date of the amendment; courses registered before an amendment will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of registration unless the amendment is more favorable to the Trainee.
- This refund policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this policy, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within (10) days of the initial notice of dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- By registering for a course with the Centre, the Trainee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this refund policy.
5) Language:
- This Refund Policy is drafted in the Arabic and English languages. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
